ePacket Shipment (Free shipping on all orders)

We provide ePacket Shipment for orders from countries all over the wolrd. We will email you tracking number as soon as your order will be sent out via ePacket shipment. It will takes around 7-20 working days for delivery (please contact us if you want to make a faster shippment than this).

We provide expedited shipping via DHL Fedex or EMS which takes around 3-7 working days for delivery.Please contact us if you want a faster way to deliver your order, we will try our best to provide you satisfied service.

1) When my order will be shipped?

Normally,  orders place on weekdays will be shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed the next business day. During busy times such as public holidays like Christmas and similar, processing times may increase.

2) How to check the order status?

Customer who did not register an account, please check the email you were required to enter during checkout; you will receive emails and keep you up-to-date about the status of your order.

If you have registered an account in our website, please visit our website Login your account and you can find detailed order information in My Orders. You may view information about your most recent orders (including tracking information) as well as the past orders.

3) Item Not Received

Please understand that there will be certain kind of unpredictable seasonf for delay on the shipping for international sales as well as the logistics & warehouse. International shipping needs time for transportation, for custom clearance, for other situations if possible. Kindly please wait patiently for the delivery.

Also customers can try to contact the local post office to inquire about the tracking number, or check the mailbox to see if the package is left without notification, or ask your family and neighborhoods to see if they help to pick the package for you.
